The Veloce' was my first V-tail plane. I bought it used from a local hobby shop because it was "different". It is not a kit, and the best I can figure is that it is an attempt at "kit-bashing" (taking a kit and changing the design from what was originally intended). This plane is a handful to fly. It has no tail wheel, so steering on the ground is poor.  The wing loading is very high and it has a negative wing incidence which tends to make it glide like a brick  Dead stick landings are more like controlled crashes. It is also extremely unstable in the air because the angle of the "V" is 140deg (Ideal angle is 110deg, with less being acceptable). At this point I fly it primarily to speed up the inevitable crash so I can scavenge the radio gear from it for another plane.
